Chief Operational Officer (COO)

As COO i NordicNeuroLab you will work with technology that can save lives. Our combined production- and sales-office is located near the city centre of Bergen, and here we develop and produce hardware and software that help monitor the patient’s brain and brain functions during MR scans

Our new COO will lead a growing department with high competence within electronics, and will be responsible for the progression of production flow and improving the efficiency of our purchasing processes in close relation with our quality- and sales- department. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, supplier contact and furthermore evaluate new processes such as Lean and increased automation. You will take part in strategic decisions and be an important contributor. COO is a part of the management and reports to CEO.

We seek an engaged and proactive leader with higher education within electronics and/or mechanics, and preferably within Supply Chain Management. You have experience from best-practice production facilities, desirably from international business and you master Norwegian and English fluently both written and verbally. The position requires good collaboration- and negotiation skills, and experience within buying and contract negotiations with foreign suppliers.
