Shipping Policy

Turnaround: All NNL eStore orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Carriers
: NNL shall use common carriers (UPS/TNT/FedEx) to deliver orders and goods. 

 

Shipping Service Method: All orders will be shipped either Ground or 2-Day, as requested by the Customer on the online order page.

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, NNL will notify the Customer that the item is not immediately available and give the Customer the option to either wait until the product is available or withdraw their order.

 

Return Policy

How To Return An Item: An item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. A customer must return the item within 30 days of the purchase.

  1. Please email estoreadmin@nordicneurolab.com to request a refund, and await receipt of return authorization.
  2. Mail your returned item to the the office from which it was delivered:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
  4. An NNL representative will be in touch regarding refunds.

Return Exceptions: Some items can not be returned. These include software license renewals and HASP USB license keys. Merchandise that has been opened, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee: NNL does not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges: If there is a manufacturing error in a purchased product, NNL will exchange the product at no charge.
